A Study of the Effect of Phosphorous Solubilization by Microorganisms on Growing Plants Maize (Zea mays) in Adamawa, Cameroon

Aims: Aims of this study was to improve the growth Maize (Zea mays) in Adamawa region specially characterized by Sudano-Guinean and Sudano-Sahelean Savannah area.
 Localization Site Study: Study conducted out on Jun 2021 Bini-Dang, order identify suitable strains Microorganisms Solubilizing Phosphorus (MSP) roots rhizosphere Zea mays. Ten mays were sampled.
 Methodology: The experimental design three blocks completely randomized with 132 plots. A total 11 treatments considered during experiment. Different are constituted: BN, NBB, BNB17, RBNBB5, SSL9, SDB6, RKB1, BG12, SDL4, RDB1 Control) repeated 12 times. Parameters were: germination time, number leaves, height plants, diameter stem, date flowering cobs per plant.
 Results: Our results showed that Bacteria solubilizing phosphorous significantly (P<0.05) yields plants compared non-inoculated control all treatments. Germination plant statistically most important uses microorganisms block 2, which received Natural (NP) inoculated Phosphorous 3 (inoculated MSP).
 Conclusion: Strains MSP improves germination, growing (NP). MSP, BNB7, RBNB5, BN SDB6 performants, others effect field. could be used as biological fertilizers direct application soils
